The Moment

Aibidia had built something genuinely transformative: software that could do what armies of Big 4 consultants do manually. The product was working. But they weren’t reaching the right audience, they were being measured against the wrong competitors, and the need to raise was looming down the line.

This was the exact moment that it made sense to engage. The gap between the business and the brand had opened up. Aibidia were not articulating what made them truly exceptional. Reconsidered strategic foundations and the right creative expression were needed to close the gap.

When we went in and interviewed clients and prospects, a more interesting problem emerged than the one set out in the brief. The real opportunity wasn't to look more like a consultancy. It was to position Aibidia as something consultancies could never be: a platform giving CFOs much-needed strategic control over their entire cross-border financial exposure. Not a service provider. A genuine competitive advantage.

The Work

The strategic phase produced the central insight: Strategic Control. Aibidia was the only product that could connect every part of the transfer pricing process into a single platform, giving CFOs visibility and control that no consultant could provide. This was the inherent, unassailable differentiator.

With that foundation locked, the creative focus had crystal clarity. Three associations shaped the visual and verbal direction. Innovation - a dynamic wordmark that felt nothing like the conservative consultancies. Order - a prominent grid system and visual metaphors of disparate elements coalescing into a whole. Calm - serene gradients and subtle animation reflecting the peace of mind the product delivers. These were not aesthetic choices. They were strategic arguments made visually, a direct expression of the underlying strategic work.

The Outcome

Since launch: Dyson, Unilever, Nokia, and Omnicom as customers. A €28m Series B eighteen months later. A New York office as part of a wider US expansion.

GoodLove perfectly captured Aibidia's story, working well with our team and key customers. Our new identity balances credibility and innovation, and it's landing brilliantly with customers. I'm confident that this will prove a massively valuable investment.
